See below to find out what clients are saying about Classic Sash Windows.
We have recently had our sash windows restored by this company, and I would like to leave a review because we are so pleased with their work. We have a Victorian house with original sash windows which have become either draughty and rattling, or else have been painted so they no longer open. Now they have been beautifully and carefully restored. They all open and close easily and fully, the wom cords have been replaced and a draught proof seal has made it warmer and eliminated the rattling noise on windy days. They replaced a few cracked panes and were able to find us old glass which we requested. They also have excellent carpentry skills and were able to replace one of our window sills and repair the damage caused by someone’s previous attempt to deal with damp. We found them professional, highly skilled, very nice people, and their prices are very reasonable. When you need work done on your house, it’s hard to know who you can trust. We can honestly recommend this company.
the lads did a brilliant job, please pass on my thanks.
Thank you Trevor.
We are so pleased – it’s so quiet!!
Thank you for confirming receipt of payment. The repair to our bathroom sash window is again of a high professional standard.
We are really pleased with our windows and we’ve had lots of nice comments from people walking by. We’re already feeling the difference and we’ve managed to get all the painting done this weekend – and get the windows in and out without a problem.
We’ve passed your contact details on to a few people who may be interested.
Thank you very much and a big thank you to Scott.
Dear Mr Troop,
I would like to thank you for the efficient service you have provided, and include special mention of Scott, who obviously got on very well with my tenants and family!
The work carried out was of excellent standard, which I was very pleased with and would recommend Classic Sash Windows. They draught proofed by windows and also installed secondary glazing to a very high standard. In addition to this they carried intricate carpentry repair work to my grade 2 listed building to a very high standard.
We ordered restoration work and the fitting of slimline double glazing for our draughty but original bay window, after seeing work the company had done at other properties in our street. The work was done promptly and efficiently and Scott arrived on time and got straight to work each day he was at our house.
Scott took the time to answer any questions we had during the process, showed us the new lead weights which were neeeded and demonstrated how the whole process now works and what is needed to be done when we decorate.
Our restored bay window is now draught and rattle free and the room already feels much cosier. As we wanted, the window looks just like it did before, you cannot tell it is double glazed, so our window is still an original, but with the benefit of double glazing technology. We are very pleased with the result.
